    The power went out during a firmware update and now the screen stays white — how do I recover?

    First check whether http://pylon-monitor.local still answers: if it does, simply install the firmware again. If the device no longer starts, the USB recovery flasher at pylon-monitor.com/reset reinstalls it completely from Chrome or Edge over a USB data cable, then you set up your WiFi again.
