Hello Support Team, I have the following question:

- What happens if I connect the product to my stack of 1× US3000C and 4× US2000C? The master is the US3000C.

- Will the app then provide data for batteries 1–4, or will I get an error message?

- How can more than 4 batteries be monitored, e.g. 5 or 8 batteries?

Thank you for your message — thanks to your question, we updated the documentation on our website.

With a US3000C master and four US2000C behind it (5 units), no error appears: all five batteries show up, Battery 1 to Battery 5, each with its own state of charge, voltage, current, power, state, state of health, cycles and temperatures. The firmware reads up to 16 batteries in one chain, not 4 as our website used to say.

Plug the Pylon-Monitor into the Console port of the master only. The master relays the questions to the other batteries through the link cables, as shown in the diagram below. Mixed models are fine: the combined state of charge is weighted by each battery's own capacity rather than simply averaged.

Our first answer mentioned that the per-cell view stopped at 64 cells (about four batteries). That limit was removed in the firmware of 4 September 2026: every cell of all 16 batteries is now read and shown.
