Yes: the fleet view. The installer creates a free account, opens pylon-monitor.com/fleet and adds the installation with its Access key (device Settings → Public JSON access). They see all the battery detail without the owner's password, and the owner keeps their own access.

For customers who go with Pylontech batteries, monitoring them remotely by the solar company in any level of detail is near impossible. I think it's the sort of device they would want to add to their systems. However, I cannot see any sort of guest or engineering access, other than sharing my username and password with them. They monitor everything else remotely to pick up problems early and provide a health report annually, so this could include the batteries in the future. Any plans to interest the installers too?

Installer access already exists: your installer creates a free account on pylon-monitor.com, opens pylon-monitor.com/fleet and adds your installation with its Access key (in your device's Settings → Public JSON access). They then see all the battery detail without your password, and you keep your own access.
