The product
A Pylontech stack tells its inverter almost nothing. Pylon-Monitor reads the battery’s own Console port and shows what the owner actually wants to know — before it becomes a support call for you.
SOC, SOH, cycles, temperatures and each cell’s voltage, for up to 16 chained batteries — read from the master’s Console port.
RJ45 to the battery, USB for power, WiFi set up from a captive portal. No app, no account, no command line.
Runs 100% on the customer’s network with a local JSON API. The online dashboard is optional and free.
MQTT auto-discovery with zero YAML, plus Jeedom, Node-RED, Domoticz and openHAB.

The programme
Your discount grows with the units you order in the calendar month — the current order counts.
You set your retail price. No minimum resale price, no imposed price.
Choose per order: delivery to your stock, or straight to your customer in a neutral parcel without our prices or invoice.
Every unit has a code. Your customer gets the same dashboard, firmware and support pages as a direct buyer.
One invoice per order in your company’s name with your VAT number, tracking numbers in your portal.
Product photos, quick-start cards in 6 languages, guides to link and a live price feed for your shop.

VAT not applicable (French VAT franchise, art. 293 B CGI): these are the amounts you pay. Shipping is quoted live per order, by destination and quantity.

We review every application personally, usually within 2 business days.

Activation
Direct buyers unlock the dashboard, firmware downloads and recovery tools with the email of their order. Your customers do the same with an activation code — or you assign it to their email from your portal, and they have nothing to enter.

Their own. Each unit you sell has an activation code: assign it to your customer’s email in your portal, or give them the printed card to enter the code at pylon-monitor.com/activate. For a drop-shipped order, enter your customer’s email when ordering and it is done automatically.
No. You can order a single unit. The volume discount starts at the first tier shown in the price table, counted over the calendar month.
Live, per order, from the destination and the quantity — the same carriers as our shop. You see the exact amount before paying.
No. We operate under the French VAT franchise (article 293 B CGI): no VAT is charged and the invoice shows it. The amount you pay is final.
Our 2-year warranty applies. Contact us with the order reference and the activation code; we replace the unit.
Yes, on the same terms, with your own listings. Our photos and texts are in the sales kit of your portal.
No — and we do not impose prices or territories either. The programme is open to every professional reseller.
