Pylon-Monitor.com sells the "Pylon-Monitor" device, a Wi-Fi-based, local, read-only monitoring add-on for Pylontech battery systems. Product photos and illustrations are indicative and have no contractual value; specifications are given in good faith and may be updated without notice as the product evolves.
4. Prices & payment
All prices on the Site are displayed in Euros (€), tax-inclusive where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before you confirm your order. Payment is processed securely at checkout via Stripe (card payments) or PayPal. Pylon-Monitor.com never sees or stores your full card details — they are handled entirely by Stripe/PayPal's PCI-compliant systems.
5. Orders & delivery
An order is confirmed once payment has been accepted; you will receive an email confirmation with your order reference. Estimated delivery times are given at checkout and are indicative. Risk of loss/damage in transit passes to the carrier's network as per standard shipping terms; please check your parcel on delivery and report any visible damage to us promptly.
6. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)
In accordance with EU and French consumer law, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging; return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received.
7. Warranty
The Pylon-Monitor device is sold with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to the legal warranty of conformity under French/EU law. The Pylon-Monitor is a passive monitoring device. It does not control charging, discharging or any safety system of the battery. Data displayed is provided as-is, for informational purposes only. The user is responsible for the safe operation of their own battery system.
10. Privacy & data we collect
When you place an order, we collect the personal data necessary to process it (name, address, email, order details) and keep it only as long as required for order fulfilment, accounting and legal obligations. We never sell your personal data. It may be shared with the service providers strictly needed to run the Site: Stripe/PayPal (payment), our carrier/SendCloud (shipping), and Brevo (transactional emails).
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
The Pylon-Monitor device itself is 100% local: it does not send any data to us or to any third party — all monitoring stays on your own network.
