Why does Pylon-Monitor show 98 % state of health when my inverter shows 94 %?

Both can be right. Pylon-Monitor's combined SOH is the average of the SOH each battery reports, while many inverters weight the pack toward its weakest battery, since that is what limits usable capacity. Each battery's own SOH is shown individually on the dashboard.
