I see every cell of my 5 batteries, but no cycles, health or capacity for the slaves. Why?
Pourquoi ?

Short answer
Those values come from a report each battery sends separately, and slaves sometimes answer it late. Install v3.4.3 (it waits for each battery's complete answer and asks again), check the link cables (LINK PORT 1 → LINK PORT 0), and if values are still missing send the /raw?unit=N page and the event log.

Hello, I can see the voltage of every cell of my 5 batteries (1 master and 4 slaves), but not the cycle count, health, capacity, etc. of the slave batteries! Why, and how do I fix it?

These values (cycles, health, capacity) come from a report each battery sends separately, and in a stack the slave batteries sometimes answer it too late.
1. Check on the device's “Update firmware” page that you are on v3.4.3. If not, install it from pylon-monitor.com/firmware: it waits for each battery's complete answer and asks again if needed.
2. Check that the link cables are firmly seated (LINK PORT 1 → LINK PORT 0 from one battery to the next).
If values are still missing after half an hour, open http://<device IP>/raw?unit=2 (2 = number of the battery concerned), reload after a few minutes, and send us a screenshot of that page and of the event log.
