Short answer
On large mixed stacks (here 4 × US5000C + 4 × US3000C) a battery’s answer could arrive late and be attributed to the wrong battery. Fixed in firmware v3.4.1 (3 October 2026): every answer is now checked against the battery it came from, and model, serial number and cycles correct themselves within a few minutes of updating.

Thank you for the details — we could see the problem directly in your Cloud data. On your 8-battery stack (4 × US5000C + 4 × US3000C), some batteries show no model or serial number and the wrong cycle count, while your 6-battery stack reads fine. On large mixed stacks, a battery’s answer sometimes arrived late and was attributed to the wrong battery.
This is fixed in firmware v3.4.1, released on 3 October 2026. Please update via “Update firmware”: every answer is now checked against the battery it came from, and the model, serial number and cycles of each battery correct themselves within a couple of minutes. If anything still looks wrong after the update, just reply to this email.

Bedankt voor de details — we zagen het probleem direct in uw Cloud-gegevens. Bij uw stack van 8 batterijen (4 × US5000C + 4 × US3000C) tonen sommige batterijen geen model of serienummer en een verkeerd aantal cycli, terwijl uw stack van 6 batterijen goed wordt uitgelezen. Bij grote gemengde stacks kwam het antwoord van een batterij soms te laat aan en werd het aan de verkeerde batterij toegewezen.
Dit is verholpen in firmware v3.4.1, uitgebracht op 3 oktober 2026. Update via “Update firmware”: elk antwoord wordt nu gecontroleerd tegen de batterij waar het vandaan komt, en model, serienummer en cycli van elke batterij corrigeren zichzelf binnen enkele minuten. Blijft er na de update iets niet kloppen, antwoord dan gerust op deze e-mail.
