My pack is a US3000D as master and a US3000C as slave, only recently switched together. Any idea why the stat and info details are missing from the local raw battery data?
Short answer
The US3000D console refuses the per-battery commands stat and info with a number. The device therefore reads SOH, cycles, model and serial number for the US3000D master only; voltage, current, charge, temperatures and every cell are read for the whole stack.
Your raw data shows the cause clearly: the US3000D, as master, refuses the per-battery commands "stat 1", "stat 2", "info 1" and "info 2" ("Invalid command ... Usage: stat/stat [detail]"). Older models accept them, which is why the firmware asks that way. Voltage, current, charge, temperatures and all 30 cells are read correctly for both batteries.
Firmware v3.4.5 now asks the master with plain "stat" and "info" when the console refuses the per-battery form. This gives SOH, cycles, model and serial number for the US3000D. The console does not let us reach the health data of the battery behind it, so those values stay empty.
Firmware v3.4.6 also corrects the cycle count: the US3000D counts in hundredths of a cycle, so 4382 means about 44 cycles.
Another owner with 6 US3000D and 2 US5000 pointed out the total capacity: since the model of the batteries behind the master cannot be read, the online dashboard counts them at the master's capacity, so about 28.4 kWh instead of 30.9 kWh.
Owners also tell us Pylontech asks for the US3000D as master in a mixed stack. The manuals we could find do not list the D series yet, so please check with Pylontech before changing the order of a stack.
